The Bole District held its 69th Independence Day Celebration at the ST. Kizito Primary School “A” Park on the team “Building Prosperity, Restoring Hope”. The event started with some selected schools which took part in the match. After the match pass, there were some cultural displays. Best performing schools were given awards. The Savannah Region Representative of the Council of State who is the Chairman of the event, the Member of Parliament, the District Chief executive and the District Director of Education gave their remarks and highlighted a number of development projects. The event was graced by the Member of Parliament of Bole-Bamboi Constituency, Hon. Alhaji Yusif Sulemana, the Savannah Region representative of the Council of State, His Excellency Alhaji Samson Seidu Abudu, the District Chief Executive of Bole, Hon. Abdulai Mahmud, the District Coordinating Director, Mr. Emmanuel Boateng, the District Director of Education, the Bole-Bamboi Constituency Chairman, NDC Party Executives, the Deputy CEO of the National Youth Authority, Mr. Inusah Mahama, Heads of departments, staff of the Bole District Assembly, the security agencies the media, GES, chiefs, imams associations and the public.
